We believe that our purpose in life is to build a meaningful relationship with God. To build that type of relationship we need to have two main rhythms: relationships with those around us and loving our community. Furthering His Kingdom

Through the Baptist General Association of Virginia, we work together with other Virginia Baptist churches to help others and to share Jesus Christ with the world. We support the Baptist World Alliance, the International Mission Board, and the North American Missions Board.

Our Local Mission

We support the ministries of the Pittsylvania Baptist Association. Partnering with other local and regional non-profits with whom we share common cause such as The Gideons, The Northern Pittsylvania Food Center, Third Chance Ministries in Danville, and YoungLife in our area.

We make a direct impact in our area through The Learning Tree Daycare and Pre-School and Christ Walk, which helps meet basic needs of those within our community.

We are a Bible-based fellowship under the lordship of Jesus Christ. At the heart of our church is a deep commitment to prayer, love, and community.

Our mission is to be a caring, Christ-centered family where people can experience meaningful worship, grow through Bible study, and be equipped for discipleship and church life. We believe in living out our faith daily—supporting one another, serving our community, and sharing the good news of Jesus both locally and around the world.

Our Weekly Rhythms

Sundays

Wednesdays

Our Sundays center on two important aspects of our faith: Growing closer to God and growing closer to one another. Our Sunday School groups focus on cultivating a deeper relationship with God in fellowship with other believers through bible study. Sunday Services are designed to be an intentional and reflective time as we gather to worship the Lord.

Wednesdays

Wednesdays center on going deeper in your faith through studying the Bible. Each Wednesday night we gather for a meal (donation only) at 5:30pm with a Bible Study that follows at 6:00pm. Our choir practices at 7:00pm, and all are welcome to join!
